How do I pay for the order?
The most convenient payment method is to enter your credit card details in our secure server. Your card will be debited and a full receipt will be sent via email immediately upon completion of your order. If you would prefer to give your order over the phone then call us at 020 8749 6610.

All my dry cleaning must have extra starch how can I let you know?
When you place your order with us, either via the web or on the phone, we will ask for any special instructions. Your instructions will be attached to your item as it goes through the dry cleaning process. In this way we can respond to the most unusual requests.

How can I change or cancel an order?
Phone us on 020 8749 6610 and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.

Where are my clothes taken to?
Your clothes will be taken to our factory in SE1. Upon arrival each item is checked in, labelled and matched with the online orders. It then goes through the dry cleaning process and all special requests are catered for. After we are satisfied that your clothes have been cleaned and pressed immaculately, they then go into our pick up area. The driver then picks them up and delivers them back to your office according to the schedules.

What do I do if my printer isn't working?
Don't worry, all you need do is write down your name and order number on a piece of paper and put it in the plastic bag along with your garments. That way we can identify your clothes when we check them in at the factory.

Where can I find plastic bags? What if I run out of bags?
You should find a full supply of Deskdrycleaner plastic bags at the drop off point. Feel free to use one of ours or recycle one of your own. The important thing is to make sure you enclose your printed order form so that we can identify your clothes when they reach our factory.
 
If you run out of bags please let us know immediately and we shall re-stock the drop off area.
