Having had many negative dry cleaning experiences in the past, it struck us. In the 21st century, in an economy theoretically thriving on competitiveness and customer choice… we shouldn't have to put up with the current levels of service!

Busy office workers should not have to disrupt their days to fit around the dry cleaner's schedules, and no customer should have to put up with endless arguments about missing buttons or worse, missing shirts. Never mind deal with people who indifferently claim that it is not their fault but in fact yours for taking the risk and not reading the small print. So we thought that there was a gap in the market for a company who could provide not only convenient delivery options and quality dry cleaning processes, but also passionate service and at surprisingly reasonable prices.
